Fire proof building systems are designed to be assembled in the position they are to be used in.

The basic parts consist of steel trays which are 400mm wide and used for both walls and roof. They are secured at the corners by a folded 100mmx100mm steel posts. These parts are then bolted together with intumescent sealing strips between each section therefore creating a fire stop barrier.

The floor can vary between concrete or a fabricated item. This will depend on location the steel trays which are then filled with rockwool,the entire internal areas are clad with calcium silicate board. The door and its frame are then assembled to the unit.
